Tisha Hammons, DDS
Dr. Tisha Hammons grew up in Katy, Texas. While attending Katy High School, Dr. Hammons was fortunate to be involved with the Youth Apprenticeship Program where she started her dental career as a Dental Assistant. This Program was the foundation of her aspiration for dentistry and evolved over time as she pursued her college education. In 2000 she received her undergraduate degree from Sam Houston State University.She continued to pursue her goal and earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Texas Health Science Center, San Antonio in 2005.
Dr. Hammons has been living and practicing dentistry in New Braunfels, Texas for 13 years. She has a sincere passion for dentistry and the patients she serves. Dr. Hammons and her team strive to provide impeccable customer service with compassion and integrity. She is genuinely interested in her patients and developing long lasting relationships with their entire family. Dr. Hammons loves working with both children and adults and is committed to providing the highest quality care using the best and latest dental technology.
Dr. Hammons is a Member of The American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, and the River District Dental Society.
When not performing dentistry, Dr. Hammons is spending time with her husband, Jake and their three children. She enjoys life to the fullest professionally and personally. Her hobbies include; all outdoor activities, camping, visiting music venues and playing with her animals (4 dogs, 4 pigs, fish and a ferret). She even enjoys mowing the yard!

Annie Almaraz, Front Office
Annie Almaraz was raised in Northern California. She attended Sacramento City College and obtained her Registered Dental Assisting License in 2004. During her 15 years in the dental field she has worked as a chairside dental assistant, front office/insurance coordinator and has taught dental assisting courses. She truly enjoys what she does. She enjoys the constant room for growth and learning in the dental field.
Annie moved to Texas in 2018 with her husband and two sons and they really like living here. In her free time Annie enjoys spending time with her family, they love to explore. One of their favorite places to spend the day is at The Pearl, they enjoy the Farmer’s Market and their 5 year old loves the splash pad. Annie is looking forward to what is to come as she gets to know Texas.
Jenny Fawcett, RDH
Jenny has been a dental hygienist for over 14+ years. She grew up on a small beef farm in America’s dairy land, Wisconsin. In 2006, she earned her RDH degree from Western Technical College in La Crosse, WI. To say Jenny enjoys what she does is an understatement. She thrives from understanding, communicating and developing patient relationships not only dentally, but also on a personal level.
In the summer of 2019, Jenny, her husband and autistic son traded in snow boots for flip flops by moving cross country from WI to TX to escape the harsh cold weather. They love not having to shovel or experience -30s temperatures ever again. Just ask her how much she loves the TX weather!
Besides spending time with her family and fur babies, Jenny enjoys gardening, free-lance writing, crafting, and soaking up the sun by the pool. Her mantra is Life is a Beautiful Struggle. Thus, making her live each day to the fullest, despite what life throws her way.
Allysa Flores, RDH, BSDH
Allysa has been a dental hygienist since 2016, graduating with an Associate of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene at Del Mar College and a Bachelor in science of Dental Hygiene at Wichita State University. She was born and raised along the coast in south Texas. Wanting a change in scenery/lifestyle, she excitedly moved to Austin to start her career in the dental field. Now in New Braunfels, Allysa enjoys spending days exploring local attractions and experiencing all what the nearby cities have to offer.
You can find Allysa spending time in a variety of parks, mountain biking on one of the many trail systems from San Antonio to Austin, working hard maintaining the yard with her boyfriend, and finding her new favorite Mexican restaurant.
Creating memories and experiences are an important aspect of Allysa’s life.
Angelica Urista, RDH
Angelica A. Urista (Abby) was born and raised in Seguin, Texas. Abby earned her Registered Dental Assistant license from The University of Texas Health Science Center in 2013. She has been working alongside Dr. Hammons as a dental assistant for 8 years. Abby loves interacting with patients and building relationships with them and their families.
When Abby is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She has two dogs and loves all outdoor activities.
Kristina Lumbreras, RDA
Kristina Lumbreras ( Kristie ) was born and raised in Rio Grande Valley, Edinburg, Texas. Kristina earned her Registered Dental Assistant license from San Antonio College of Medical and Dental Assistants in 1993.
Kristie enjoys spending time with her son, and visiting her wonderful family in the Valley. She is happy to be in the Hill Country close to friends and family as well.
She enjoys hiking and nature photography in her spare time. She also loves exploring and photographing our beautiful Texas scenery.
